The Eastern Drugs and Alcohol Co-ordination Team (EDACT) is a multi-agency partnership with responsibility for implementing the New Strategic Direction for Alcohol and Drugs for Northern Ireland at a local level. The Team's remit covers the six district council areas of the Eastern Health and Social Services Board, namely Ards, Belfast, Castlereagh, Down, Lisburn and North Down.
